Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postigy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Postigy is a SaaS tool that generates social-media carousel slides using AI. Users purchase virtual credits to generate content. Credits are consumed immediately upon each AI generation request and are non-transferable.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We use Supabase Auth for secure authentication.

4. Virtual Credits

Credits are purchased in packages and represent a prepaid balance for AI generation usage. Each generation action (topics, carousel, enhancement) deducts a specific amount of credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or resold.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or your account.
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass credit consumption or abuse the AI generation system.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the carousels and content you generate. Postigy retains ownership of the software, trademarks, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postigy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Postigy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
